1. Who we are

INMA HOOKS is a marketing reporting platform operated by INMATION.AI. It lets an account owner connect their own advertising, analytics and e-commerce accounts and view the reporting data in one dashboard.

2. Data we collect

Account data: the email address you sign in with, your organisation name, and basic sign-in records needed to keep your session secure.

Connected platform data: when you authorise a platform (for example Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Snapchat Ads, TikTok, Salla, Zid or Shopify) we read reporting data such as account and campaign names, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, sessions, search queries, order totals and product performance.

Credentials: the access and refresh tokens issued by those platforms, together with the developer app credentials you enter yourself.

We do not collect data about visitors to your websites beyond the aggregated statistics the platforms return to us.

3. How we use it

Connected data is used for one purpose only: to display and summarise your own reporting inside your INMA HOOKS account. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for advertising, or use it to train models.

We use your email address to authenticate you and to contact you about your account when necessary.

4. Google API user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Analytics and Google Ads data is read with read-only scopes, shown only to the signed-in members of your organisation, never transferred to third parties except as required to run the service or by law, and never used for advertising or human review other than a support request you initiate.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls that restrict every row to the organisation that owns it. Platform access tokens are encrypted before they are written to the database.

Access to production data is limited to the operators who maintain the service.

6. Retention and deletion

Disconnecting a data source deletes its stored credentials and stops any further sync. Deleting a website or client removes the reporting data attached to it.

To delete your account and everything associated with it, email info@inmation.ai and we will action the request.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw a platform authorisation at any time from inside the app or from the provider's own security settings.

8. Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
