Terms of Service

1. The service

INMA HOOKS, operated by INMATION.AI, is a reporting dashboard that reads data from advertising, analytics and e-commerce platforms you authorise and presents it in one place. Using the service means you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

Public sign-ups are currently closed. Where an account exists, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity carried out under your account.

3. Your data and platform rules

You confirm that you are entitled to connect each account you authorise, and that doing so does not breach your agreement with that platform. You remain the owner of your data; we act as a processor on your behalf.

You must also comply with the terms of the platforms you connect, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Salla, Zid and Shopify.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, reverse engineer the service, overload it with automated requests, or use it for unlawful activity.

5. Availability and accuracy

The service depends on third-party APIs. Numbers may be delayed, restated or temporarily unavailable when a provider changes, throttles or breaks its API. Figures are provided for monitoring purposes and should be reconciled with the platform of record before financial decisions.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, INMATION.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of reported figures.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your sources at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or endangers the service.
